NPC Character – Armored - Couch Heroes Game Studio
My Role: Lead 3D Character Artist
This character was originally part of an unfinished production during my time as the Lead 3D Character Artist at Couch Heroes Game Studios (Greece).
After the project was discontinued (2023), I decided to complete the character independently in my personal time as a portfolio piece, bringing it to the level of quality I had originally envisioned.
Throughout production, I led the character development, supervised the artistic direction, and mentored a junior character artist during the early stages of production. Working closely with our concept artist and the studio's Creative Director, we refined and modernized the original concept while staying true to the project's artistic vision.

About the Project:-
This project gave me the opportunity to revisit an unfinished production asset and complete it independently outside of its original development.
It allowed me to refine every stage of the character creation pipeline—from sculpting and optimization to texturing and final presentation—resulting in a polished portfolio piece that reflects both my artistic vision and technical approach.
Special thanks to Dim Chryss for his contribution during the blockout stage, Kerim Turay for redeveloping the concept under my supervision, and Vardis Vardinogiannis for his creative direction throughout the project.
Thank you for taking the time to view this project.
I hope you enjoy it as much as I enjoyed bringing it to completion.
